Helping people lead, live, and work with integrity in complex systems

About Rebecca

Rebecca is a Principal Consultant and sector strategist with more than twenty years’ experience in disability services, informed by work across mental health, health, child and family services, and the broader community sector.

Her career began in frontline and service delivery roles, progressed through service coordination and management, and evolved into organisational strategy and executive leadership. This blend of practical and strategic experience shapes her approach to stabilising services, leading reform, and supporting teams through complexity and change. Rebecca’s work sits at the intersection of operations, business, finance, and compliance; helping organisations make decisions that are ethically grounded, operationally realistic, and financially sustainable. She is known for translating complex NDIS policy into practical, ethical, and financially sound processes, and for focusing on the right data: the patterns and signals that genuinely drive performance rather than the noise.

Her work integrates leadership mentoring, organisational strategy, and deep operational understanding. Rebecca also carries lived experience, both personally and as a parent, which informs her empathy, clarity, and the way she supports people across the sector. Across all her work, her focus remains constant: clarity, integrity, and leadership anchored in purpose rather than pressure.
